Block Liquidity Ltd ("Block Liquidity", "we", "us", "our") operates https://blockliquidity.xyz (the "Platform"), which provides real-time and historical cryptocurrency market data, analytics dashboards, and related informational services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about visitors to and users of the Platform.
The Services are informational only. We do not provide trading, order execution, brokerage, custody, wallets, or investment advice, and nothing on the Platform is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
If you create an account, we collect your email address and the credentials used to sign you in — either a one-time passcode sent to your email or the identifier provided by your chosen sign-in provider, currently Google.
If you purchase a subscription or dataset, payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and billing details necessary for invoicing and tax purposes; we do not store full card numbers.
If you contact us (e.g. hq@blockliquidity.xyz), we collect the information you choose to share.
Browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and IP address. We process IP addresses to secure the Platform (including preventing denial-of-service attacks), establish network connections, and comply with legal obligations.
The analytics we display are derived from public blockchain data (such as wallet addresses and transaction histories on the Hyperliquid L1). This is public information that we aggregate and analyse; searching for a wallet address on the Platform does not link that address to your account or identity.
To provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing; to respond to enquiries; to secure the Platform and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We may share information with service providers supporting the Platform (hosting, analytics, email, and payment processing); with professional advisers; where required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process; in connection with a corporate transaction; and as aggregated or anonymised data that does not identify you.
The Platform links to third-party websites and data sources (for example, Hyperliquid and TradingView). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services and subscriptions you sign up for); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Platform); your consent (where applicable, e.g. marketing emails); and compliance with legal obligations.
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights; you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA/UK; where we do so, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
The Platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Platform.
